External Wall Applications

• Insulated render is usually applied as part of an overall refurbishment scheme
• Where external walls are poorly insulated
• Where external walls are deteriorating or are insufficiently weathertight, causing damp, draughts and heat loss
• Where wall cavities are bridged or blocked, making them unsuitable for cavity fill insulation
• The external appearance needs updating as part of a rehabilitation scheme for high-rise or system-built housing
• Installing internal lining insulation would be disruptive, would alter critical internal dimensions or make room sizes too small
• Greater thickness of insulation is required compared with what is usually achievable with internal linings

Mechanical Suspension Fixings

The mechanical suspension method allows easy adjustment in depth for the distance between the supporting wall and the fixing point. This regulation is achieved through a rivet that is stuck in the mechanical suspension, which will rotate the bolt and bring closer or move away the stone.

• For wall coverings with the mechanical suspension method, the support has an attachment point which is facing up, allowing a good fixation of the material
• For ceilings coverings with the mechanical suspension Omega method, the support has two attachment points, in order to distribute the effort, also avoiding the opening of the fixation holder

Spray Render (Monocouche)

Hardwearing and weatherproof, it is achieved by repeated spraying using a spatter machine, building-up to a minimum coat thickness of 4mm applied onto a smooth, coloured, polymer-rendered layer.It can be used on most substrates of commercial and residential buildings, including brickwork, blocks, concrete and most masonry backgrounds.

Silicone Spray Render

Silicone Spray Render

Silicone technology imparts a high degree of water repellency to the render surface whilst allowing water vapour to pass through the render allowing the substrate to breathe. The water repellent surface ensures a freshly rendered appearance for longer. The finish is dryer, which makes it more resistant to algae growth.
